Enable Transcription / Captions

To enable transcriptions, a meeting organizer in the main meeting room must enable captions. After the event, the transcription will become available in the "Reports" section in the Motion Meetings dashboard.
Note: Captions only appear to the person that enables them. If captions are required for accessibility purposes, it is recommended to add attendees in need of captions to the main meeting room once the event has started.
A feature allowing attendees in the livestream room to access captions is in the works.
Enable Captions

Click the three dots on your tool bar.

Click "Subtitles".

Select the language you wish to see the subtitles in.
Note: The transcription will appear in English no matter the language selected.
